How to request deletion
To request deletion of your RePix: Files & Photo Recovery account, email abimobileapp@gmail.com from the same Google account you use in the app, or include the Google email address used for sign-in.
Use this subject line:
RePix: Files & Photo Recovery account deletion request
What will be deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account for RePix: Files & Photo Recovery.
- Your account summary, credit balance, free-upscale state, and app account profile data.
- Your AI enhancement job records where deletion is not restricted by legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute requirements.
- Uploaded AI input and result files stored in Firebase Storage where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
What may remain
Some purchase, ledger, tax, fraud-prevention, and support records may be retained for legal, accounting, chargeback, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. These records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Files saved locally on your device, such as recovered or enhanced photos in your gallery, are controlled by you and can be deleted from your device directly.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the account.
